&
Australian Indigenous College Pty Ltd
(Administrators Appointed)

(“the Companies”)

Richard Albarran, Blair Pleash and Shahin Hussain were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of Aspire College of Education Pty Ltd and Australian Indigenous College Pty Ltd on Tuesday, 9 February 2016.

From the date of their appointment the Voluntary Administrators have been assessing the viability of ongoing trading of the Companies and have also been in ongoing discussions with Study Group Australia (“SGA”) with respect to the recommencement of trading of the Companies.

We are pleased to confirm that an agreement has been signed by the Voluntary Administrators and SGA to enable Aspire College of Education and Australian Indigenous College to continue to trade in administration until otherwise advised to enable students to continue their studies.

Together with SGA, we are currently finalising the logistics of the recommencement of trading of the Companies which at this stage is expected to be no later than Wednesday, 2 March 2016.

The recommencement will allow thirteen (13) campuses across Australia to continue to operate providing ongoing employment for approximately 65 employees and enabling approximately 2,600 students to further their tuition.

Should you wish to discuss this further please contact Hall Chadwick on 02 9263 2680 or via email on info@hallchadwick.com.au
