Glenn Shannon has in excess of 27 years’ experience in Corporate Recovery and Reconstruction. He is a Liquidator under the Corporations Act having been a Liquidator for in excess of 10 years. Glenn’s financial and corporate recovery experience includes successfully helping SME businesses with financial stress survive by implementing turnaround strategies to improve key business drivers and increase liquidity. Glenn has extensive experience in performing investigations and receiverships for secured creditors as well as acting for unsecured creditors and other stakeholders. He has extensive experience in all formal corporate insolvency regimes. Where businesses cannot be saved Glenn has sought to maximise realisations for the benefit of all stakeholders. “I believe that it is important to perform all necessary investigations and to take account of feedback from stakeholders in achieving results and communicating this to all stakeholders”. Glenn’s technical knowledge of insolvency and commercial business experience is an asset in obtaining results for clients and in training and mentoring staff within the firm.
