Hall Chadwick, one of Australia’s most respected and enduring chartered accounting and business advisory firms, is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Taiwan, marking another significant step in the firm’s global expansion. This new office strengthens Hall Chadwick’s presence across Asia, complementing existing locations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, and the Philippines.
Leading the Taiwan office is Vincent Fan, a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the U.S. and Taiwan. Vincent brings a wealth of experience in international tax integration and planning, financial reporting analysis, internal control system design, and corporate compliance management. His appointment as Partner in Charge of the Taiwan office underscores Hall Chadwick’s commitment to delivering top-tier financial expertise and strategic advisory services to clients navigating complex international markets.
Vincent holds an MBA in Accounting from Soochow University and has built an impressive career across leading accounting firms in China and the United States. His hands-on experience in global tax strategies, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international financial compliance uniquely positions him to guide multinational enterprises through regulatory challenges and growth opportunities.
In addition to his professional achievements, Vincent serves as Vice Chair of the International and Cross-Strait Services Committee and Executive Director of the Accounting and Auditing Committee at the Taiwan Provincial Certified Public Accountants Association. In these roles, he actively fosters international professional collaboration, strengthens industry partnerships, and contributes to the development of accounting standards.
“The opening of our Taiwan office is a natural extension of our strategic growth plan,” said Hall Chadwick partner Richard Albarran. “With Vincent’s deep expertise and leadership, we are confident in our ability to provide localised, high-quality services to clients in Taiwan while also facilitating seamless cross-border support for businesses with operations in Australia, the U.S., and beyond.”
Hall Chadwick’s ongoing expansion reflects the firm’s dedication to meeting the evolving needs of its clients. With offices now in key global hubs such as New York, London, Singapore, and Taiwan, the firm is better positioned than ever to deliver comprehensive services, including tax advisory, audit and assurance, corporate financial advisory, forensic accounting, and turnaround and restructuring solutions.
As the firm continues to grow, Hall Chadwick remains committed to maintaining a strong local presence. Representatives from the Australian offices will make regular visits to Taiwan to ensure clients receive the same accessible and high-quality assistance that defines the Hall Chadwick experience.
“We’re excited to support businesses in Taiwan and across the Asia-Pacific region,” said Vincent Fan. “With Hall Chadwick’s extensive global network and multidisciplinary expertise, we are well-equipped to help clients achieve sustainable growth, manage risk, and seize new opportunities in an increasingly interconnected world.”
With a focus on excellence, innovation, and global collaboration, Hall Chadwick is poised to continue its trajectory as a trusted partner for businesses worldwide. The addition of the Taiwan office, under Vincent Fan’s leadership, represents not just a new location but a gateway for clients to access comprehensive, world-class financial services across international markets.
