Andrew has over 40 years’ experience in the field of Risk Management, providing products and services that protect directors and companies from Financial and Statutory challenges.

Throughout this journey, Andrew has operated his own advisory firms that have been engaged by local and international companies, and notably he was appointed by Nokia Telecommunications upon their entry into the Australian market to provide the local protection required to complement their Global Risk Management program. For the last 15 years Andrew has specialised in assisting directors through complex business turnaround strategies and corporate insolvencies, working closely with registered liquidators & administrators, law firms, and of course the directors of the companies he has assisted.

In 2018, Andrew joined Hall Chadwick as a director having identified that our broad in house capabilities would allow him to provide holistic solutions for companies and directors without the need for external contractors. Andrews approach is to work with a company and its directors to identify the areas of concern that need to be resolved or removed; and then work with our qualified partners throughout Australia to develop and implement an appropriate solution. These  solution may be as simple as a debt negotiation and settlement or as complex as a statutory restructure of a national company, regardless Andrew will ensure all directors and stakeholders understand the process and what is required of them to get through it.

Whenever there are financial or statutory road blocks preventing your companies growth and advancement, Andrew will work with you to develop a solution and then stay with you to ensure a successful outcome.
