Singapore

David Andrada is a global banking executive and corporate financier who leads Hall Chadwick’s Investment Banking and Corporate Finance practice across the firm’s Singapore, United States, and Australian offices. Over a career spanning more than 20 years across Sydney, Singapore, and Houston, he has built and led international corporate finance, investment banking, and capital markets teams, advising clients across technology, payments, e-commerce, fintech, natural resources, energy, and hospitality.

A two-time U.S. public-company CEO and CFO (NASDAQ: FATP, AFAR), David specialises in taking companies public, structuring complex cross-border transactions, and guiding management teams through transformational growth. He pairs deep capital markets expertise with the instincts of an operator and founder, allowing him to sit comfortably on either side of the table, align stakeholders, and translate ambition into an executable plan.

At Hall Chadwick, David focuses on U.S. capital markets, cross-border M&A, strategic advisory, and growth capital for high-impact companies, drawing on the firm’s global reach and its appetite for solving complex engagements.

Beyond the firm, David is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of FAT Projects, a Singapore-headquartered investment and venture studio with a diversified portfolio spanning technology, payments, e-commerce, web3, fintech, hospitality, and education, and Co-Founder of the fast-growing quick-service brand Bamboo Bowls. He serves as a Non-Executive Director and board advisor to a number of mid- to large-cap companies on debt and equity financing, strategic M&A, and U.S. market expansion, and as a senior advisor to multinationals on digital transformation and AI adoption. Earlier in his career he held senior regional and global roles at HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch across Sydney, Singapore, and the United States.
