Mr David Ho, CA (Singapore) is a licensed insolvency practitioner and has over 10 years of experience in practice.

David is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore and Insol International. He is also an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.

David has significant experience in formal insolvency engagements, business advisory and turnarounds. Prior from specialising in insolvency, he was from the one of the Big 4 assurance firms in Singapore dealing with initial public offerings.

David has specialised in various types of personal and corporate insolvency appointments in a variety of industries which includes retail, investment funds and holding companies, medical, food & beverage, software, media, construction, tour agencies, shipping, property development and professional services.

Transfer of S$14m in assets prior to bankruptcy. Diversion of funds in a mobile chain of companies totalling Z$3m.

• Valuation exercises for SMEs for shareholder sell out, matrimony cases and entry price for new investors.
