Jhony Ekladious is a Tax Partner at Hall Chadwick with over 15 years of experience ranging from boutique to big 4 accounting firms such as Deloitte. Jhony advises in relation to a wide variety of tax matters ranging from Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions and restructures to income tax matters for privately owned groups.

Jhony commenced his career by focusing on compliance requirements for clients and establishing his deep understanding of Australia’s tax system. After joining Deloitte, Jhony transitioned to the Private Tax team where he was advising clients on a range of tax matters including Division 7A, M&A transactions, restructures, and international tax matters such as the application of the Thin Capitalisation and Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) rules.

Jhony’s broad experience enables him to adopt a pragmatic and technical approach when advising his clients as they navigate Australia’s complex tax system.
