John Christopoulos is a Director at Hall Chadwick Melbourne and leads the Business Services and Superannuation Divisions.
He has in-depth knowledge of local tax and advises medium to large private groups on their business structures and management issues. He has consulted on several corporate re-organisations and advises on share buy-backs, capital re-structure and taxation consolidations. John provides guidance on strategic planning and development of businesses planning for sustainable future growth.
Being dedicated to his client’s needs, John has led the development of additional services offered within the Superannuation Division.
John is Chair of the Hall Chadwick Association’s Business Services Committee. This committee serves to align strategic tools and client services across all Hall Chadwick firms.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Victoria University, is a member of CPA Australia, an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Registered Tax Agent.
