A Partner in the Corporate Insolvency division, Marcus Watters joined Hall Chadwick in February 2020 and has over 18 years’ experience in the field.
Marcus has gained experience from a wide range of insolvency and reconstruction appointments. He has vast experience working with companies, corporations and organisations of all sizes – from single – director businesses, SMEs with less than five employees, multi-company groups, to large, mid and small companies.
Marcus was the Liquidator of the first Company Title entity and building to go through the Members Voluntary Liquidation process in Australia and has vast experience in working on Schemes of Arrangement.
