Tim Myers is a Digital Forensic expert with 20 years’ experience in digital forensic, eDiscovery, and Cyber Incident Response work. He’s acted as an expert witness in court on regulatory and insurance fraud matters, and has extensive experience running large, digital investigations.
Tim has a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of data preservation and analysis from computer systems and other electronic devices and has an innate ability to explain highly technical findings to clients in a straightforward, non-technical manner.

Service Experience
- Acted as Computer Forensic Expert Witness for several large Australian Insurance clients relating to Insurance Fraud investigations, including giving evidence in court (both in NSW and Interstate) on multiple occasions
- Gave evidence in court for an Australian Regulator regarding the successful prosecution and imprisonment of an individual in the finance sector relating to fraud and misappropriation of funds.
- Acted as Computer Forensic Expert Witness on a construction matter involving the dispute relating to the transmission of a highly important email purportedly sent between two parties.
